This will be a sweet and powerful afternoon of deep diving and loving connection in the context of compassionate community. Breathwork is a remarkable opportunity to go within and move whatever is in the way of the fullest expression of who you have come here to be. Conscious breathwork can help you to step into your power, your light and your joy on a whole new level. Breathwork has the power to miraculously move mountains so you can touch the sky. If you've done breathwork before, you know what I mean. If you haven't, get ready for something amazing. In these times of change it's important to take time to focus on spiritually waking up. It's an inner path way to promote in the positive changes we wish to see here on this earth. The personal transformation work that each of us will do not only changes our own lives but also has the power to positively affect everybody and everything. I can't think of anything more important to do. I live to participate and promote a healed and whole earth. We live in a time of grief and despair, hope and possibility. The shadows are growing darker and the light is growing brighter. If we allow it, grief and fear can weight us down, sapping us of our life force. As for me, I chose hope, I choose light, and I choose love, because that is the path to positive transformation. I am going to breath it in, and become a torch to light the bonfire of enlightened change. I will breath through my grief and fear, transforming all into light. Each person will go on their own inner journey with the breathwork, and yet that journey will be done in the context of a loving community that has a shared intent. One of my teachers once said to me, "Raising energy and consciousness in the context of a group has so much more potential for change than doing that work alone." The potential for transformation rises exponentially when we work, play and pray together. This breathwork is a prayer of immense magnitude. A prayer that has the potential to transform more than we can readily imagine. The greater alignment you have with your power and purpose, the more you will be able to participate in the positive change that our world so desperately needs. I want you to feel more free and have more joy in your life. I want you to feel empowered to step into who you came here to be. You are an integral part of the whole. The better off you are, the better off we'll all be. The power of breath can give you a boost towards that light filled potential. I hope you will accept this invitation to chose yourself and to chose the continuance life on Earth. I'd love to share this work and this vision with you! I will be offering this event at my home because I want to create an intimate atmosphere with a community feel to it. For that reason, registration is limited.
